About the Role: • You will work under the direction of a mentor to learn basic automotive services. • Complete assigned training and job shadows. • By the end of training, you will be able to: o Demonstrate shop and personal safety habits such as safe lift operation o Complete vehicle preparation tasks including reviewing service vehicle history and completing work orders o Demonstrate proper tool and equipment use and storage. o Demonstrates workplace skills including contributing to the success of the team, assisting others and requesting help when needed. • Upon completion of your training and ability to consistently demonstrate the above skills, you will advance to Entry-Level Technician. The Must-Haves: Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED preferred
