What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on  Audi vehicles.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Write clean and thorough cause / correction stories on repair orders.

What We Require:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Service Technician, preferably with Audi. Other German brands will be considered. 
• Certifications: Audi certification preferred, ASE certifications preferred (A or B level qualifications).
• Skills: Proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems.
• Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, job focus, and excellent teamwork abilities.
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must provide your own tools and box. We provide the OEM special tools.
