A Level Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities, a deep understanding of complex vehicle systems, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As an A-Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing the most challenging vehicle issues, utilizing your expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostic procedures on complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
  • Accurately diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and HVAC systems.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve intricate vehicle problems.
  • Interpret and apply technical service bulletins, schematics, and repair manuals.
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • Mentor and assist less experienced technicians as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent preferred. 
  • Experience: Extensive experience as an automotive technician, with a proven track record of advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
  • Skills
  • Strong knowledge of modern automotive technology, including electronic control systems and computer diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
