Service (Porter) Concierge
The Automotive Service Porter plays a vital role in the overall customer experience by maintaining the flow of vehicles through the service drive and shop area. This position is responsible for greeting customers, transporting vehicles, and keeping the service area clean, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the service drive and assist with the check-in process
Safely move and park customer vehicles within the dealership lot
Retrieve customer vehicles upon service completion
Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and customer lounge areas
Assist service advisors and technicians as needed with vehicle placement or transportation
Wash and vacuum customer vehicles when requested
Perform lot organization duties, including vehicle tagging and key management
Deliver vehicles to customers or third-party vendors if needed
Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies
Assist with other dealership tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and in all weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Work Schedule
Flexible shifts including weekdays, Saturdays, and occasional holidays
