A Level Technician
Precision Imports is currently looking for an experienced automotive technician to join our team.
We’re an established import repair shop that’s ready to bring on our third full-time technician. We have a very low turnover rate, lots of profitable work, the CLEANEST shop in Central MN, and an encouraging team. We work on 90% imported vehicles, the top brands we service are BMW, Audi, VW, & Subaru. We do NOT do tires and alignments, we have a lower car count and higher average RO business model.

Shop Culture:
We currently have 5 bays, 4 hoists, 2 Full Time Techs, and a Service Writer. Our shop is small but VERY productive, our techs average 50+ hours of production each week. We offer paid birthdays off, paid major holidays, paid vacation after one year of service, and a SIMPLE IRA match program. We value our technicians!
As our shop footprint is limited, this position must be filled by an experienced technician, eager to continue learning, and highly productive. We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term work commitment where they can be rewarded, recognized, and contribute to the productivity of our team. We work with Shop Fix Academy for business coaching; this keeps us engaged and moving forward as a team.

Responsibilities include:
Inspect and diagnose customer vehicles according to their concerns, as well as our industry experience
Make recommendations for repairs
Record findings thoroughly for service and the customer's review
Repair vehicles efficiently and effectively
Quality Control
Test Drive Customer Cars
Maintain Loaner vehicles when necessary (paid)
Participate in general shop and parking lot cleaning
