A Level Technician
An A Level Technician is highly skilled in both their diagnostic skills as well as their mechanical ability. The A Tech usually has at least 10 years of experience and has had some formal training with industry certifications. The A Level Tech is a “life long learner” willing to constantly train as new technologies are applied to the vehicles coming in for repair. The A Level Technician is considered to be the highest skilled tech in the shop. ASE certifications and a NYS Inspector’s License are preferred.
