Certified D Level Technician – Lasts 12 months w/ Senior Master Mentor
This phase starts once the technician has shown the drive and has completed his online STARS training with Ford Motor Company. They will need to have online courses 33, 34 & 38 completed to enter this phase. Training with a Senior Master technician where they will learn Steering & Suspension, Brakes & Brake Systems & Electrical Diagnosis. They will work to become proficient in the above categories with the Senior Master Mentor.
