Paul Reed Construction - Technician Jobs in Gering, NE

Minimum 3 years of diesel technology experience or an Associate's Degree from an accredited Diesel Technology Program required. The Technician will be responsible for mechanically diagnosing issues and performing repairs on a variety of Semi Tractor Trailers, Straight Trucks (Dump Trucks and Water Trucks) and other trailers. Diesel engine experience, direct current electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and welding experience are preferred. The Technician must have the ability to work on their own, maintain a clean and save work environment, be self-motivated, and display strong communication and problem solving skills. We would prefer someone who is certified in the inspection and repair of Air Brake systems and be able to perform DOT Inspections, and someone who has a minimum of a Class B CDL. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
