Komro Sales and Service - Technician Jobs in Durand, WI

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with repairs on small engines, including snow blowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, skid steers, and more.
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Deliver and pick-up parts, materials, and equipment from retailers or customers
• Test machinery and equipment after repair to ensure proper performance 
• Clean and wash equipment and machinery. 
• Perform pre-delivery inspections 
• Conduct post-rental equipment check-in
• Perform general cleaning duties in the shop to include organization of tools and toolboxes, cleaning fluid spills and leaks, and cleaning floors, workbenches, tables etc
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude 
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to effectively prioritize and utilize time management skills
• Critical level of attention to detail 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work in a team environment and accomplish work assignments with minimal supervision
• Capability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Valid driver’s license
