Jim Keras Subaru is seeking a skilled and dedicated B Level Technician to join our team. As a B Level Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on Subaru vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a dynamic team and grow within a reputable and customer-focused automotive service center 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid exchanges.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using Subaru-specific diagnostic tools.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Follow Subaru repair procedures and guidelines to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and staying current with Subaru technologies and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Subaru vehicles preferred.
• ASE certification or equivalent training/experience.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
