- Capable of diagnosing greater than 90% of all work assigned
- 100% Certified in a minimum of 2 Certified Technician pillars in addition tAveragesges in excess of 40 hours flat rate production per week over previous quarter (60 with an apprentice)
- Fixed Right First technician comeback count at or below department average
