A Level Technician
- Requires no Supervision and willingly accepts all assigned work
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all assigned work
- Able to open PTSS cases, respond consistently within 24 hours, perform diagnosis procedures as directed and record results with manufacturer
- Average in excess of 40 hours flat rate production per week over previous quarter (60 with an apprentice)
- 100% Certification status in all 5 Certified Technician pillars including EV
- Fixed Right First technician comeback count at or below department average
