B Level Technician
Responsibilities: We work on all makes and models, and on a wide variety of repairs. Responsibilities for this include, but are not limited to:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning in a timely manner
- Communication with Parts Specialists and Service Advisors
- Road test vehicles when required
- Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring the customer's vehicle is kept clean
- Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate
- Reports machine defects and malfunctions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry
- Ensure that workspace is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly
Qualifications: Successful candidates for the automotive technician position will have:
- 3+ years experience as an automotive technician
- ASE/Manufacturer Certifications (Preferred)
- Diagnostic ability
- Troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Team player/Good communicator
- Valid/Clean driver’s license
