Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is a great communicator and really cares about people. The Service Writer is an expert listener and can effectively communicate customer concerns to the technicians. In addition, the Service Writer is able to successfully relay information and recommendations from the techs to the customer. The Service Writer is detail oriented and works in a well-organized manner. The Service Writer performs intake of customer vehicles, creates work orders, creates estimates, sells repair work, orders parts and does final billing. Most important, the Service Writer’s job is to make sure our customers feel well cared for and are happy!
