A Level Technician
Master Technician – Level A
This is achieved by completing STARS courses 37, 44 & 66. Focus now will be made on performing complex repairs, Electrical repairs and Hybrid Battery Diagnosis & Repairs. Technicians at this level have performed numerous online courses along with in person training with Ford Motor Company to become proficient at repairing their vehicles.
