B Level Technician
Certified B Level Technician – Lasts approximately 6-12 months
The technician will now be working on their own and completing tasks following the skills obtained while working with the Senior Master Mentor. The Shop Foreman will now assist with any complicated repairs and help with future growth. Training in STARS that will need to be completed are 31, 43, 52. These courses will align the technician with completed complicated repairs such as Gasoline Engine Performance, High Voltage Systems & Diesel Engine Repair.
