Service Advisor
Our Service Advisors are what drives our customers to continue to come back time after time. They are paid as a base salary of $1,500 per month + Commission based off closed ROs. In order to continue to grow our team, we do have a guarantee for our Advisors to get on their feet for their 1st 2 calendar months of $22.50 per hour or the base + commission pay plan, whichever is greater. We believe this will help your growth to learn our shop and customer base.
