AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN !!!! Total Pay Range: $45,000 - $62,400/year ($21.63 - $30.00/hr) PLUS Bonus Salary or Hourly pay scale, we will work with B-techs and keep them hourly until fully trained and move them to a salary paid position. Wade Bryant's Auto Repair is looking for motivated, experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. Serving the greater Bend area for since 1984 we have become a staple in our community when it comes to servicing, and vehicle repair needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
-Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning in a timely manner
-Communication with Parts Specialist and Service Advisors
-Road test vehicles when required -Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring customers vehicle is kept clean
-Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate
-Reports machine defects and malfunctions
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry
-Ensure that workspace is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly
Successful candidates for the automotive technician position will have:
-3+ Experience as an automotive technician
-ASE/ Manufacture certifications (Preferred) -Experience with a variety of makes and models, with diagnostic abilities
-Troubleshooting skills
-Commitment to quality
-Personal set of tools
-Commitment to working with a team, and being a good communicator
-Valid/Clean driver's license
