Commercial Service Advisor - Day and Night shift
Description of the role:
Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor for both day and night shifts at our Westbrook, ME location. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support in our commercial service department.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with commercial customers to provide service support
- Manage scheduling and follow-up with customers
- Communicate effectively with the service and parts departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus
Benefits:
Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
