Service Advisor
Assistant Service Managers are responsible for Greeting, Checking In, identifying Customer Repair/Maintenance needs, and providing estimates for needed work. They are responsible for keeping in constant communication with Customers to provide status updates and consulting on overall condition of vehicles. ASM is responsible for communication with Customers from Vehicle Arrival until Vehicle Departure.
