C Level Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Install engine oil and oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems during maintenance process
- Display excellence in vehicle inspection processes, to identify possible safety or maintenance concern issues, in accordance with our Core Values
- Maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems as directed by the Service Manager, and only within the scope of your skill level
- Executing minor repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Responsible to verify quality of repair or maintenance work performed prior to a vehicle leaving the dealership
- Maintain a proper supply of personal use tools needed to adequately diagnose and repair vehicles
- Become efficient with resources and tools needed to perform repairs, including pro demand, OEM websites, etc.
- Complete OEM training requirements as directed by the Service Manager
- Be at work, clocked in, and ready to receive first assignment task 5 minutes prior to scheduled start time
- Pick up and deliver vehicles as needed by Service and parts staff
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications:
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
