CJDR Master Certified technician

Top pay for Master Certified CDJR brands technician. Must be able to independently perform all related tasks of a CDJR franchise acknowledged master technician. Including and not limited to recording and submitting all required manufacturer and legal documentation of diagnosis and repair. Individual must able to independently without supervision perform all diagnosis and repairs to DOT and manufacturers specifications. Self motivation is preferred. Must possess a valid drivers license and able to be insured under company insurance. Insurability may require the applicant to obtain a full and current copy of the individuals driving record. Must possess reliable transportation. 


Job Summary: The Dealership Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. This role requires advanced technical skills, a deep understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to mentor and guide junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices.

Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.

Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


CDJR Master Certification. 

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Chrysler technician.

Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
