Our service department is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team! We are looking for an individual with previous dealership experience, ASE certification, or manufacturer certifications to work on new and used vehicles. Honda experience is preferred but not required.

 

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service following store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction.
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure the quality of repair work.
  • Document work performed on the repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
  • Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics 

tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior automotive repair experience is preferred.
  • ASE and manufacturer certification desired but not required.
  • Manufacturer certifications helpful but not required.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or Older to Apply.
  • Must have a clean Driving Record and a Valid Driver's License.
