Mazda Certified Tech
Deery Brothers Inc., a leading automotive dealership in West Burlington, Iowa, is seeking a full-time Mazda Certified Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on Mazda vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor position that offers competitive compensation and benefits for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive yearly rate 60k - 120k, which will be paid weekly. In addition to the hourly rate, this position also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repair services on Mazda vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and other necessary services
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Provide accurate and timely service reports for all work performed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep up-to-date with Mazda training and certifications to ensure professional development and expertise
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a Mazda Certified Technician
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have own tools
