Precision Imports is looking for a Service Writer with above-average communication, organization, and workflow management abilities.

We’re an established import repair shop that’s accepting resumes for our front office position. We have a well-organized process, useful and clear communication methods, and an enjoyable customer base. We enjoy plentiful referrals and a high level of trust with our customers, this translates to lots of profitable work and an efficient, enjoyable, workday.  We work on 90% imported vehicles, the top brands we service are BMW, Audi, VW, & Subaru. We do NOT do tires and alignments, we have a lower car count and higher average RO business model.

Precision Imports Core Values:
Cleanliness - Our cleanliness and organization is our best advertising. Our customers and techs appreciate the environment.
Customer Experience - We make it a priority to be convenient for our customers in any way we can.
Culture of Learning - We encourage, facilitate, and finance professional training for our technicians. But also encourage personal growth and healthy families for all in the shop.

Shop Culture:
Our small shop produces big results for our customers and it takes above average effort and ability. We've grown year-over-year, have rock-solid processes in place, and are looking for our next key player to improve our workflow further and increase our capacity.
Our shop is small but VERY productive, our shop operating system allows for remote communication, texts, images, and payments. All of this saves time and effort, as well as increases clarity for our customers.  We offer paid birthdays off, paid major holidays, paid vacation after one year of service, and a SIMPLE IRA match program. We value our employees!

As our shop footprint is limited, this position must be filled by a fast-paced team member, eager to continue learning, and highly productive. We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term work commitment where they can be rewarded, recognized, and contribute to the productivity of our team. We work with Shop Fix Academy for business coaching; this keeps us engaged and moving forward as a team.

Please see photos and videos of our shop and look through our ABOUT page. We look forward to meeting you!
